Ice cream is the thing I crave the most, so I love making it to satisfy my sweet tooth.
WHO INSPIRES YOU?
My parents, they have worked so hard in their lives so that my brother, sister and I can have choices. I am always learning from them and they continue to inspire me every day.
WHAT IS THE ONE INGREDIENT YOU CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT?
I couldn’t live without ginger. It can be sweet, hot, astringent, mild, and the best accent flavor for many of the ingredients I love to work with.
